Marketing, SEO, music promotion and digital growth outcomes vary. QUADVERTEX does not guarantee a specific Google ranking, Spotify stream count, playlist placement, follower count, viral result, revenue level or commercial outcome unless expressly agreed in a written contract.
4. Third-party platforms
Spotify, YouTube, Google, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and other platforms are independent third parties. Their algorithms, policies, availability and decisions are outside QUADVERTEX's control.
5. Intellectual property
Ownership and licensing of project deliverables should be defined in the applicable written project agreement. Visitors may not reproduce protected website content without permission.
6. Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for supplying accurate information, rights-cleared material and timely approvals. Clients must not request unlawful, deceptive or fraudulent marketing activity.
7. Confidentiality
Confidentiality obligations should be addressed in the applicable project agreement or NDA where appropriate. Do not submit passwords, payment-card data or unnecessary confidential credentials through public website forms.
